Industrial or Powder Coating is a time and labour-saving way of protecting metal from rust. The metal is sprayed and then fired in one of our ovens. With our two custom-built ovens we can cater for up to 4m lengths and up to 2 tonnes in weight. We also have on-site storage facilities. A big advantage of industrial coating over painting is the fact that powder coat takes only 20 minutes to set in an oven - once it is cool it is ready to use. The finish will be smoother and more uniform, without brush marks. Longevity is also another advantage - even externally the finish will last for many years. A wide range of colours is available.
